What is Cashmere?
Cashmere is one of the highest quality fine wools available. It is obtained from the undercoat of the cashmere goat. You can easily distinguish it from sheep's wool, as cashmere is much finer and softer than classic wool. The name of the wool comes from a region in the Himalayas called "Kashmir," where most of it is produced. Since the requirements of the cashmere goat's habitat are very specific, the production of cashmere is very difficult, making the clothing and accessories so valuable.
But cashmere not only gives you a super soft and gentle feel when worn, it also has many properties that further emphasize its luxurious name.
Why is cashmere so popular?

- Has very soft and fine fibers and is therefore one of the softest fine wools
