When placing an order in our online shop, various payment methods are available to you. You may conveniently choose between advance payment, PayPal, Klarna invoice, Google Pay, credit card and iDeal. For credit card payments, we accept American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.
Advance Payment
If you select advance payment as the payment method, you shall transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as receipt of payment has been recorded by us.
Please note that the delivery time may be extended accordingly in the case of advance payment, as dispatch only takes place after receipt of payment.
PayPal
With PayPal, you can pay for your order quickly, securely and without complication. After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal during the order process and can confirm the payment there.
Depending on the payment method selected with PayPal, the debit will be made, for example, from your PayPal balance, your bank account or your credit card.
Klarna Invoice
When purchasing on invoice with Klarna, you pay for your order only after receipt of the goods. The invoice will be sent to you directly by Klarna by e-mail.
From the invoice date, you have 30 days to settle your invoice. You may view your invoices at any time in the Klarna app or via your Klarna customer account.
During the order process, Klarna may, for security reasons, ask you to additionally confirm your identity, for example by entering a code sent by SMS to your mobile telephone. This security measure serves to protect against fraud and unauthorised transactions.
Should you return goods, we recommend that you report the return directly in the Klarna app. This allows your invoice to be paused until your return has been received and processed by us.

Delivery
Shipping Methods
We ship your order with DHL GoGreen or DPD Classic. By using DHL GoGreen, we support more environmentally friendly shipping: CO₂ emissions generated during transport are reduced, while any remaining emissions are offset through climate protection projects.
As soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL or DPD, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. You can use this to check the current status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery Periods
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany shall generally take place within 1–2 working days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time shall generally be 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract.
In the case of payment by advance payment, the delivery period shall commence on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution.
All items offered are ready for immediate dispatch, unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
The delivery period shall end upon expiry of the last day of the stated period. If this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the period shall be extended until the next working day.
Please note: During periods of particularly high order volumes, for example during Black Week, temporary delays in processing and delivery may occur.

Shipping costs are inclusive of statutory value added tax. They are displayed during the order process and are determined by the respective country of delivery.
